为了贯彻落实《国务院关于建立城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的决定》(国发[1998]44号),劳动和社会保障部会同中央有关部门印发了3个医改配套文件,即1999年4月26日印发的《城镇职工基本医疗保险定点零售药店管理暂行办法》(劳社部发[1999]16号);1999年5月11日印发的《城镇职工基本医疗保险定点医疗机构管理暂行办法》(劳社部发[1999]14号);1999年5月12日印发的《城镇职工基本医疗保险用药范围管理暂行办法》(劳社部发[1999]15号)。现全文刊登。劳社部发[1999]15号文所举的《药品目录》在正式公布后,本刊也将全文刊登。
In order to implement the “Decision of the State Council on Establishing the Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban Workers and Staffs” (Guo Fa [1998] No. 44), the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the relevant central departments of the State Council issued three supporting documents for medical reform, namely, April 26, 1999 Issued by the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Fixed-point Retail Pharmacies for Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees” (Laoshebufa [1999] No. 16); Interim Measures for the Administration of Fixed-point Medical Institutions for Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees issued on May 11, 1999 Social Department issued [1999] No. 14); May 12, 1999 issued “Interim Measures for the Management of the Scope of Medicines for Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees” (Laoshebufa [1999] No. 15). Now full text published. The Ministry of Labor and Social [1999] No. 15 cited in the “drug list” after the official announcement, the full publication will be published.
