教师人格是指教师在自己原有人格的基础上,为适应教师这一社会角色规范的要求,在教育教学过程中,在师生相互交往活动中形成并表现出来的思想道德和心理行为特征。这些特征是相对独立、相对稳定的,而且是被社会认同的,能够对学生产生巨大的影响。教师人格作为一种职业人格,无论从心理层面还是职业层面,都显现出了区别于其他职业的人格特征。
