目的探讨牧区定居哈萨克族膳食营养素摄入与高血压的关系。方法采用24h回顾法,对乌鲁木县南山两个哈萨克族聚居的牧业村122名>23岁居民进行了膳食营养素摄入情况调查。结果被调查人群膳食钙、VB2、VC摄入不足,而其它营养素达到或超过供给量标准,其中高血压组膳食钙、VC低于正常组,而热能和脂肪摄入高于正常血压组(P<0.05或P<0.01);此外,与正常血压组相比,高血压组蔬菜水果、奶类摄入明显低而畜肉类摄入高(P<0.01)。结论牧区哈萨克族应进一步调整膳食结构以防治高血压。
Objective To explore the relationship between the intake of dietary nutrients and hypertension in Kazakh pastoral areas. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to investigate the dietary intake of 122 residents aged> 23 in two herds of Kazaks living in Nanshan, Urumqi County, China. Results The dietary calcium, VB2 and VC in the surveyed population were insufficient, while the other nutrients met or exceeded the standard of supply. The dietary calcium and VC in the hypertension group were lower than those in the normal group, while the intake of heat and fat were higher than those in the normal group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). In addition, compared with the normotensive group, the intake of vegetables and fruits and milk in the hypertensive group was significantly lower and the meat intake was higher (P <0.01). Conclusion Kazakhs in pastoral areas should further adjust their diet to prevent and treat hypertension.
