采用高效液相色谱法分析芸苔素内酯0.01%可溶液剂含量,将样品以1-萘硼酸衍生化后,用乙腈+水为流动相、使用C18柱、紫外检测器、在波长290 nm下进行分析。验证结果表明:芸苔素内酯变异系数为2.27%,线性关系系数r=0.9997,平均回收率为102.8%,试验数据符合CIPAC《确认农药制剂分析方法准则》的要求。
The content of brassinolide 0.01% solution was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The sample was derivatized with 1-naphthaleneboronic acid, then the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water, C18 column and ultraviolet detector Under analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of brassinolide was 2.27%, the linearity coefficient was 0.9997 and the average recovery was 102.8%. The experimental data accorded with the requirements of CIPAC Guidelines for Validating Pesticide Preparations.
