法律英语教学改革旨在培养学生的实际应用能力,据此,课程的科学定位应以需求分析为前提,教学材料的设置应当以涉外法律实务为导向,教学方法的选择要遵循因材施教、循序渐进的原则。
The reform of legal English teaching aims to cultivate students’ practical ability to apply. Based on this, the scientific positioning of a course should be premised on the needs analysis. The teaching materials should be set up based on legal practice in foreign countries. The choice of teaching methods should follow the principles of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and adopting the principle of gradual and orderly progress .
