目的总结根据体表定位标志结合X线透视经腋静脉穿刺植入起搏器电极导线在永久性人工心脏起搏器植入中应用的体会。方法对18例患者经皮穿刺腋静脉植入永久性人工心脏起搏器电极导线。结果18例患者均在3分钟内穿刺成功,无任何并发症发生。结论根据体表定位标志结合X线透视经腋静脉穿刺置入永久性人工心脏起搏器电极导线可行、实用、安全。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of implanting pacemaker electrode leads into permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker implanted according to X-ray fluoroscopy through axillary vein puncture. Methods 18 cases of percutaneous puncture of the axillary vein implanted permanent artificial pacemaker electrode lead. Results 18 patients were successfully punctured in 3 minutes without any complications. Conclusion It is feasible, practical and safe to insert the permanent artificial pacemaker electrode lead according to the body surface location mark combined with X - ray through axillary vein puncture.
