同志们:达次座谈会是在党的八届六中全会之后,全国各地正在大力进行整顿公社的时候召开的,有部分省、市、自治区妇幼卫生工作同志参加,并邀请了中央农村工作、全国妇联、教育部等有关单位参加,经过几天的报告和讨论,统一了思想,肯定了1958年妇幼卫生工作的成绩。交流了工作经验,研究与分析了工作中存在的问题,并提出了1959年妇幼卫生工作的基本任务,会议的召开是适时的,对于进一步推动1959年妇幼卫生工作的继续大跃进,有着重要的意义。
Comrades: The second forum was held after the 6th Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and is vigorously carrying out rectification of the communes in various parts of the country. Some comrades working in MCH and MCH in some provinces, cities and autonomous regions participated in the conference and invited the central rural work, All-China Women’s Federation, Ministry of Education and other relevant units participated in the conference. After several days of reports and discussions, they unified their thinking and affirmed the achievements of the MCH work in 1958. Exchanged work experience, researched and analyzed the problems existing in the work and put forward the basic tasks of the MCH work in 1959. The convening of the meeting was timely and important for further continuing the great leap forward in MCH work in 1959 significance.
