高职院校中成立校企合作旅行社目的是为了通过真实的旅行社业务,让学生们直接参与旅行社生产经营管理,了解整个旅行社的运作模式和过程,将理论教学与实践经营相结合,提升学生的职业技能与综合素养,培养出符合现代旅游企业相关需求的既有理论知识又有实践经验及动手能力的高等技术型、复合型人才。该文从实训基地运作模式、经营管理的成效、实践中碰到的问题、相关对策等方面做了初步探究,其中创造性通过对政府、院校、企业、教师和学生等对校企合作发展起关键性作用的5个主体角色的阐述,为校企合作旅行社未来的发展提供参考性的策略。
