小户型通常是这样的几类户型:一居室销售面积在60平方米以下,二居室销售面积在80平方米左右,三居室销售面积在100平方米以下。其最主要的特点是总价低。北京早期的小户型产品,因其存在功能不够完整的缺陷,使之成为使用寿命很短的过渡性产品。如今,小户型从人性的角度细分产品功能和形态,改良创新户型结构,为小户型重新赢得了生存和发展空间。
Small apartment is usually several types of apartment layout: one bedroom sales area of 60 square meters, two bedroom sales area of 80 square meters, three bedroom sales area of 100 square meters. Its most important feature is the total price is low. Early Beijing’s small size products, because of its existence is not fully functional defects, making it a very short transitional life.
