采用天然钙基蒙脱土为原料,经碳酸钠钠化处理后,分别用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和十八烷基三甲基氯化胺进行有机化改性,然后将两种有机土分别与不同的中性胺(八烷胺、十烷胺和十二胺)以及正硅酸乙酯按一定的摩尔比混合反应制备蒙脱土多孔异构材料。利用X射线衍射探讨了不同改性土层间距变化情况,同时考察了不同有机土和中性胺以及反应物摩尔配比和反应时间等因素对合成蒙脱土多孔异构材料的影响。
The natural calcium-based montmorillonite as raw material, sodium carbonate sodium treatment, respectively, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride were organically modified, and then two The organic soil was respectively mixed with different neutral amines (octaalkylamine, decane and dodecylamine) and tetraethoxysilane in a certain molar ratio to prepare montmorillonite porous heterogeneous materials. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to investigate the variation of the spacing of different modified soil layers. Meanwhile, the effects of different organic soil, neutral amine, molar ratio of reactants and reaction time on the porous montmorillonite materials were investigated.
