春节,对中国人来说,是一个幸福团圆、温馨喜庆的传统佳节。扫屋、办年货、制糕点、贴挥春……见惯了陆地上的春节,那水上人家的春节又是怎样一番热闹的场面呢?平乐桂江:船上新年提前过平乐桂江船家的一些主要年节,都有提前过的现象。比如,有些船上人过年是过农历二十八,有些则过农历二十九,其目的是让嫁在外地的女儿回到船上来同家人先团聚,提前过一个年节。到了三十晚上,外嫁的女儿再回到夫家过年。平乐桂江船民这种做法,可谓一举两得,既满足了娘家,又满足了婆家,皆大欢喜!这种提前过年的传统在陆地上比较少见。岸上人家外嫁的女子,按传统习惯,过年随夫家,有“初一郎,初二娘”的说法,女儿初二回到娘家,也只是拜年探亲而已,并不是真正意义上的新年团聚了。为什么平乐桂江船上人家有这样的过年习俗
