我院从1959～1980年共收治儿童急性白血病90例,其中4例(占4.44%)误诊。2例为白血病前期综合症,1例为尤文氏肉瘤,1例为神经母细胞瘤,现将后2例报道如下。例1:为3岁男孩(住院号:103609),因间断发热,右小腿肿痛不能站立3月余入院。局部x 线摄片示有“化脓性骨髓炎”改变,虽用多种抗菌素及局部切开取出少许黄色牯稠分泌物和坏死组织,但发热不退,头部出现数个胡桃
In our hospital from 1959 to 1980 were treated 90 cases of acute leukemia in children, of which 4 cases (4.44%) were misdiagnosed. 2 cases of pre-leukemia syndrome, 1 case of Ewing’s sarcoma, 1 case of neuroblastoma, the latter two cases are reported below. Example 1: 3-year-old boy (hospital number: 103609), due to intermittent fever, right leg pain can not stand more than 3 months to hospital. Local x-ray showed “purulent osteomyelitis” change, although with a variety of antibiotics and local cut out a little yellow thick sparse secretions and necrotic tissue, but fever, the head appears a few walnuts
