Today, with its vigorous advocacy of education on turbulence, the Second English Classes, with its rich content and form, caters to the needs of modern college English education and is thus an important way to cultivate innovative English talents with practical skills. The article focuses on the validity of the second class in college English education, the feasibility of organizational forms, and put forward the corresponding management measures, intended to exchange views with the majority of English teachers.
