Summing up the second round of certification on confidentiality, the biggest progress has been made in keeping the level of confidential management of military units at a new stage. The greatest gain has been the rise of awareness of the establishment of a long-term mechanism from both positive and negative aspects to unprecedented heights . It indicates that the era of certification “fight points ” will become a calendar
