据统计,全省中小学现有民办教师192715人,占全省中小学教师总数的37.82％。其中,中学(主要是初中)民办教师19599人,占中学教师总数的10.74％;小学民办教师173116人,占小学教师总数的52.9％。现有民办教师中,城市8990人,占民办教师总数的4.66％;农村183725人,占民办教师总数的95.34％。与全国其他28个省、自治区、直辖市相比,我省民办教师人数占第6位,民办教师占教师总数的比例为第9位。
According to statistics, the existing primary and secondary schools in the province have 192,715 private teachers, accounting for 37.82% of the total number of primary and secondary school teachers in the province. Among them, there are 19,599 privately-run teachers (mainly junior high schools), accounting for 10.74% of the total number of secondary school teachers; 173,116 private primary-school teachers, accounting for 52.9% of the total number of primary school teachers. Of the existing privately-run teachers, 8,99 are in cities, accounting for 4.66% of the total number of privately-run teachers; 183,725 in rural areas, accounting for 95.34% of the total number of privately-run teachers. Compared with the other 28 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, the number of privately-run teachers in the province ranks sixth, and the proportion of private teachers in the total number of teachers is ninth.
