本文根据连轧的生产工艺特点,提出飞剪机剪切机构的合理设计要求,并利用运动几何学的理论和p曲线,给出了按给定的最佳轨迹曲线及其一系列连杆合理位置的剪切机构的设计方法。这种方法对于其他同类型的机构设计问题也具有普遍的意义。
According to the characteristics of the production process of the continuous rolling, this paper puts forward the reasonable design requirements of the shearing mechanism of the flying shear.
