[目的]为探究紫外辐射与烟叶生理指标之间的关系。[方法]在云南玉溪模拟海拔高度600、1 100、1 600和2 100 m进行烤烟生产大棚试验。在烤烟生长的不同时间,测定烟叶光合参数、光合色素、可溶性蛋白含量、类黄酮和比叶重等指标。[结果]在自然环境(CK)下种植的K326对UV-B辐射响应敏感。[结论]适当强度的UV-B辐射有利于提高K326净光合速率(Pn)、同化能力(AC)和光合色素含量。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the relationship between ultraviolet radiation and tobacco leaf physiological index. [Method] The experiment of flue-cured tobacco production in 600, 100, 100 and 600 m altitude in Yuxi, Yunnan Province was conducted. At different times of flue-cured tobacco growth, photosynthetic parameters, photosynthetic pigments, soluble protein content, flavonoids and specific leaf weight were measured. [Result] K326 planted under natural environment (CK) was sensitive to UV-B radiation. [Conclusion] The appropriate intensity of UV-B radiation was beneficial to increase the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), assimilation ability (AC) and photosynthetic pigment content of K326.
