目的探讨小儿OSAHS腺样体手术前后的X线对照评价,为临床手术疗效评估提供参考依据。方法确诊儿童OSAHS、均行腺样体切除手术患者11例,分别于术前和术后进行X线摄片,将手术前后数据比较、统计学处理。结果患儿手术前后X线测量结果运用配对检验比较,顶后壁软组织(即腺样体)厚度(A值)、A/N两组数据P<0.05,两者差异有统计学意义。结论 X线测量A值、A/N值可以作为评价手术前后疗效重要参考。
Objective To evaluate the evaluation of X-ray before and after pediatric adenosine adenoid surgery for pediatric OSAHS to provide a reference for the evaluation of the efficacy of clinical surgery. Methods 11 children with OSAHS confirmed by adenoidectomy were enrolled in this study. X-ray was performed before and after surgery respectively. The data before and after surgery were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The results of X-ray measurement before and after operation were compared by paired test. There was significant difference between the thickness of the posterior parietal soft tissue (A value) and A / N (P <0.05). Conclusion X-ray measurement of A value, A / N value can be used as an important reference to evaluate the efficacy of preoperative and postoperative.
