近日有消息称,由原先“新能源产业振兴规划”易名而来的“新兴能源产业发展规划”将于9月中下旬发布,目前已进入新闻发布会筹备阶段。参与“规划”研讨的上海社会科学院专家王泠一透露,即将面世的“规划”偏重于作为宏观、长期的政策“坐标”。据悉,能源产地布局、输送设备优化、天然气安监体系、对企业的财政支持等方面都将囊括其中。
