高炉放风阀的放风噪声是冶金企业炼铁系统最为突出的噪声源。其噪声级一般在130 dB(A)左右。据现场实测,用于炉容为1000m~3以上高炉的φ1400mm 放风阀放风时,距喷口1m 处的噪声级在135 dB(A)以上。如此强烈的噪声不仅危害炉区各作业点人员的身心健康,还严重污染周围环境;而且由于炉区各种设施布置集中,交通网络密集,人员来往频繁,有时由于放风噪声掩盖了各种信号而造成设备事故,甚至人身伤亡,给安全生产带来威胁。
The blast noise of the blast valve is the most prominent source of noise in metallurgical enterprises. The noise level is typically around 130 dB (A). According to field measurements, for the φ1400mm blast valve with blast furnace capacity of 1000m ~ 3 and above, the noise level at 1m from the discharge port is above 135 dB (A). Such strong noise not only endangers the physical and mental health of personnel at various working points in the furnace area but also seriously pollutes the surrounding environment. Moreover, due to the centralized arrangement of various facilities in the furnace area, intensive traffic networks and frequent staff exchanges, various signals are sometimes covered by the wind noise. Cause equipment accidents, or even personal injury, threatening the safety of production.
