玻璃体切割器由控制台、脚踏开关与切割头组成。控制台内设置了运转切割头与抽吸装置;脚踏开关则用来启动切割头的操作。切割头为一双套管金属管,外管外径0.9mm。内管末端连接一由气体推动或依赖微型马达转动的刀片。把这一双套管通过球壁小切口插入眼内后,眼内要被切除的组织通过外管上的孔眼,被吸入切割头中,立即被转动的刀片割断,再由内管吸出眼外。同时,另有一输液管道,通过一缝合于球壁上的短针管,不断将生理性溶液输入眼内,
The vitreous cutter consists of console, foot switch and cutting head. The console is set up to operate the cutting head and suction device; foot switch is used to start the cutting head operation.
