通过低温(2℃)胁迫“威代”和“汕优”3个杂交水稻组合,探究了其幼苗超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性与脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量及细胞质膜电解质外渗率之间的关系。试验结果表明;在2℃低温胁迫(3天)下,SOD活性下降,下降幅度为14.11~55.86%,平均下降为35.74%;而MDA含量却相应增高,与SOD活性下降呈明显的负相关,相关系数为-0.91~-0.97;同时,质膜电解质外渗率上升,并随着低温时间的持续仍有上升的趋势,第五天为719.9%,平均上升为615.5%。这种现象在组合间存在着差异。抗冷性差的组合SOD下降剧烈,MDA积累显著,电解质泄漏严重。本文推测SOD在植物低温冷害过程中有一定的保护效应。
The effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content and cytoplasm content of seedlings of three hybrid rice combinations, “Wei Dai” and “Shanyou” The relationship between membrane electrolyte leakage rate. The results showed that under the low temperature stress of 2 ℃ (3 days), the activity of SOD decreased from 14.11% to 55.86% with an average decrease of 35.74%, while the content of MDA increased correspondingly with a negative correlation with the decrease of SOD activity. The correlation coefficients ranged from -0.91 to -0.97. At the same time, the electrolyte leakage rate of plasma membrane increased and reached the level of 719.9% on the fifth day with an average increase of 615.5%. This phenomenon is different between combinations. Cold-tolerant combinations of SOD decreased sharply, MDA accumulation was significant, severe electrolyte leakage. This article speculated that SOD in the process of plant chilling injury has some protective effect.
