本文根据作者的临床实践,对应用血液净化疗法抢救急性肾衰、特发性产后急性肾衰、肾衰合并左心衰竭、肾衰合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征的一些有关问题进行了讨论。强调了紧急血液透析的重要作用和予防性血液透析的临床意义。
This article according to the author’s clinical practice, the application of blood purification therapy to rescue acute renal failure, idiopathic acute postpartum renal failure, renal failure associated with left heart failure, renal failure associated with acute respiratory distress syndrome are some of the issues discussed. Emphasized the important role of emergency hemodialysis and the clinical significance of preventive hemodialysis.
