为了测定陶瓷类、远红外加热涂层等非金属材料及部分金属材料的法向光谱发射率,研制了一套测定装置。其测定的波长范围为(2.5~25)μm,温度范围为(400~1000)℃。本装置由两台等温内凸锥空腔黑体炉、一台带水冷观察窗的旋转样品炉、一台双光束光栅红外分光光度计和一台九点循环控温仪组成。对测量误差源进行了分析,装置总的测量不确定度小于±3%。
In order to determine the normal spectral emissivity of non-metallic materials such as ceramic and far-infrared heating coating and some metal materials, a set of measuring device was developed. The measured wavelength range (2.5 ~ 25) μm, the temperature range (400 ~ 1000) ℃. The device consists of two isothermal inner convex cone cavity blackbody furnace, a rotating sample furnace with water cooling observation window, a double-beam grating infrared spectrophotometer and a nine-point cycle temperature control instrument. The source of measurement error was analyzed and the total measurement uncertainty of the device was less than ± 3%.
