有一种奉献,叫坚守;有一种温暖,叫师爱。全市优秀共产党员、全市最美教师刘九根,在峡江县桐林乡流源小学工作四十四载,将美好青春无私地奉献给了这片大山,用爱心照亮了山区孩子的求学之路。流源小学地处峡江、新干、永丰三县交界处,距峡江县城31公里,交通极不方便。1973年,17岁的刘九根初中毕业后,回到了生养他的家乡,成为流源小学一名代课教师。刚来的时候,低矮的砖木结构平房,破旧的课桌木凳,还是让早有心里准备的他吃了一惊。

Outstanding Communist Party member in the city, Liu Jiugen, the city’s most beautiful teacher, worked for forty-four years in Liuyuan Primary School, Tonglin Township, Xiajiang County. He dedicated his youthful and unselfish dedication to this mountain and lit up the road to school for children in mountain areas. Liuyuan Primary School is located in Xiajiang, Xinkan, Yongfeng three counties at the junction, 31 km away from the county of Xiajiang, traffic is very inconvenient. In 1973, after graduating from junior high school at the age of 17, Liu Jiugen, 17, returned to his hometown and became a substitute teacher at Liuyuan Primary School. When we first arrived, the low brick and wood bungalows, worn desk wooden benches, or let him have the heart ready for him was taken aback.
