据普查,我们山西省现拥有在役球罐31台。绝大多数分布在钢铁和化工企业。贮存的介质为氧气、氮气、空气和液氨。容积≤400米~3。设计压力≤30kgf/cm~2。材质为12Mn、16Mn、16MnR和15MnVR四种。有个别球罐是用16MnR和16Mng两种混材建造的。除晋城钢厂一台120米~3氧气球罐是1987年新建造和投用外,其余30台球罐都是在1982年以前建造和相继投用的。这些球罐自投用以来大多数未作过开罐检查。最近,我所先后对山西焦化厂两台120米~3液氨球罐、山西维尼龙厂两台400米~3氧气和空
According to the census, we now have 31 ball tanks in service in Shanxi Province. Mostly distributed in steel and chemical companies. The storage medium is oxygen, nitrogen, air and liquid ammonia.
