教师自编试卷是纸笔测验最常用的试卷。然而,目前相当一部分教师自编试卷存在内容效度和区分度低、测验目的不明、测评目标不清晰、只关注基础知识和基本技能而忽略情感目标的考查、科学性错误等一系列问题。因此,建议教师认真研读相关学科的课程标准,适当学习一些教育测量与评价的知识。同时,教研管理部门应加强对教师自编试卷的指导与监督,以充分发挥纸笔测验的作用。
Teachers self-test paper is the most commonly used paper test paper. However, at present, a considerable number of teachers’ self-examination papers contain a series of questions such as the low validity and the low degree of discrimination, the unclear purpose of the test, the unclear objective of the evaluation, the basic knowledge and the basic skills, the neglect of the emotional target, and the scientific errors. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers should carefully study the curriculum standards of related disciplines and properly learn some knowledge of education measurement and evaluation. At the same time, teaching and research management departments should strengthen the guidance and supervision of teachers’ self-examination papers in order to give full play to the role of paper-pen test.
