在综述国内外产业带相关概念及其形成机制研究的基础上,对江苏省产业带建设过程及其区域效应进行了分析,并从产业带的基本内涵出发,分析产业带形成与发展的主要驱动因素,构建出产业带形成与发展动力的综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法,对产业带形成与发展的演化动力进行了定量比较。结果表明:江苏省通过产业带建设布局与发展,使南北区域差异扩大的趋势得到了有效抑制,推进产业带在全省经济地位提升的同时,产业带内县市间的经济相互作用强度得到增强。与此同时,产业带形成与发展的动力不断发生变化,逐步由单元推进转向多元并进,即由资源开发为主向基础设施引导为主转化,进而转向外向开拓、中心城市牵引和技术推动的多元并进局面。
On the basis of a review of the related concepts of industrial belts at home and abroad and the research on their formation mechanism, this paper analyzes the process of industrial belt construction in Jiangsu Province and its regional effects. At the same time, the driving forces for the formation and development of the industrial belt are constantly changing. They are gradually moving from unit promotion to diversification, from resource-based development to infrastructure-based conversion, and then to outward exploration and central city traction and technology promotion Make progress.
