一种新老电机节能改造的新方法近日由鞍钢矿山动力厂研制成功,并通过省有关部门进行检测。 这种新方法是该厂继研制出曾获国家专利的节能材料—磁性槽泥后,在电机应用磁性槽泥进行节能改造的基础上,采用新工艺研制而成。日前,沈阳中小型电机检验站对该种方法进行了型式试验检测,其节能效果比电机单纯应用磁性槽泥提高一倍以上,达到国内高效电机水平。仅以国产Jo_2系列22Kw电机为例,采用该方法进行节能改造后,使电机效率提高1.73%,温升下降16.11℃,起动力矩下降1.75%,
