生物实验在高考中是非常重要的内容,考查形式有单选题、多选题、简答题以及实验探究题等。实验设计题和评价修正题属于实验探究类实验范畴,在高考中地位较重,对学生来说也是考试中难度最大的试题,是学生高考的瓶颈。要求学生不仅能依据实验原理选择实验器材、设计实验步骤、分析实验数据和现象从而获得实验结论,还要能对他人设计的实验进行评价、修正和改进,充分考查了学生的实验能力,这在各地高考试卷中得到了充分印证和体现。本文将对探究性生物实验的解题进行粗浅的探讨。
