拟定综合分析炭黑的方法,是基于用高温炭填充聚集微粒之间的空隙。高温炭为980—990℃下由于甲烷(天然气)热解形成的炭微粒。按照循环填充气相色谱法测定吸附表面积值及增重△P。测定过程直至表面积吸附值等于零(在色谱灵敏度范围为止,即认定聚集高温炭填充结束。对每个样品,建立高温碳填充度σ和吸附表面积A的从属性关系。σ计算公式:
