原河北省作家协会理事、文学评论家、怀安县政协副主席、离休老干部竹可羽同志,因病医治无效,于一九九○年一月十三日十六点三十分逝世,终年七十一岁。竹可羽同志一九一九年八月出生于浙江嵊县,一九三八年三月加入中国共产党,同时参加革命工作。历任新昌县流动施教团干部、绍兴三区政治工作队山乡分队长、地下党支部书记、广西平治国民中学教员、桂林师范学校教员、解放区华北大学政治班学员、华北局宣传部干部、中央人民出版
