围绕市政工程管理的主要问题进行了简要的分析,并从加强各部门的工程管理意识、加强施工单位的监理力度、完善施工管理制度三方面,提出了相应的解决措施,从而进一步提升工程的施工质量。
The main problems of municipal engineering management are briefly analyzed. From the aspects of strengthening the awareness of project management in various departments, strengthening supervision of construction units and perfecting the construction management system, the corresponding solutions are put forward so as to further enhance the construction of the project quality.
