窄缝灭弧法提升电磁斥力高速开断器电弧电压的分析与试验

电磁斥力高速开断器的电弧电压对于混合型限流熔断器的换流性能的影响很大。电弧电压幅值较低会使得高速开断器向灭弧熔断器的换流时间增长,影响限流性能;幅值严重过低的电弧电压,会导致换流失败,进而使得故障短路电流无法分断。针对此问题,采用窄缝灭弧的机理,增大绝缘活塞外径,减小灭弧室圆环套筒内径,用于电磁斥力高速开断器的电弧电压提升优化。推导了电弧电压的数学计算公式,通过电磁斥力高速开断器样机的电弧电压测试试验,验证了数学计算公式的正确性。分析了开断速度、窄缝形状参数对于电弧电压的影响,所得到的结论可用于指导电磁斥力高速开断器提升电弧电压的优化设计。“,”The arc voltage of high speed electro-magnetic repulsion isolators is critical for the current-transfer performance in hybrid current-limiting fuses. If the amplitude of the arc voltage was low, the current-transfer between the high speed electro-magnetic repulsion isolator and the arc extinct fuse would be time-consuming, affecting the characteristic of current limitation. The excessively low amplitude of the arc voltage leads to failures of the current-transfer and short-circuit current breaking. Based on the theory of the arc extinguish chamber with a narrow slit, the external diameter of the insulative piston is augmented and the inner diameter of the annuli is decreased in the arc extinguish chamber, and the project to boost the arc voltage of high speed electro-magnetic repulsion isolators is optimized. The formula of calculating the arc voltage has been deduced, of which the correctness has been confirmed by comparing with the data obtained from arc voltage tests. The effects of breaking speed and the geometric parameters of the arc extinguishing chamber on the arc voltage have be analyzed, and the results can be applied to boost the arc voltage of high speed electro-magnetic repulsion isolators.
