目的 :探讨家兔实验性上颌窦炎自然窦口和窦腔黏膜的不同处理对纤毛运动功能的影响。方法 :将已制成实验性上颌窦炎的 4 0只新西兰大白兔按术中黏膜处理不同以侧别分为 3组 :不处理黏膜组、部分切除黏膜组和全部切除黏膜组 ;按术中窦口处理不同分 2组 :窦口开放组和窦口扩大组。用活性碳粉末检测上颌窦黏液纤毛传输速度 (MCT) ,将测得的数据分别进行统计学处理。结果 :不处理黏膜组、部分切除黏膜组和完全切除黏膜组MCT检测结果分别为 4 .4 96± 1.0 2 1、3.892± 0 .92 5和 0 .80 9± 0 .14 7,3组间差异均有极显著性意义 (均P <0 .0 1) ;窦口扩大组 (4 .0 86± 1.0 4 2 )与窦口开放组 (3.995± 1.0 17)两组间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :用活性碳检测上颌窦黏膜MCT是一种有效判断纤毛运动功能的方法 ;被切除的上颌窦黏膜术后虽会再生 ,但再生的黏膜纤毛运动功能较正常低下。窦口扩大术与窦口开放术对术后纤毛运动功能无明显影响
Objective: To investigate the effects of different treatment of sinus ostium and sinus mucosa on ciliary motor function in rabbit experimental maxillary sinusitis. Methods: 40 New Zealand white rabbits that had been made experimental maxillary sinusitis were divided into 3 groups according to the mucosal mucosa during operation: mucosa group, partial mucosa resection group and mucosa resection group. According to the intraoperative The sinus ostia were divided into 2 groups: open ostium and enlarged ostium. Maxillary sinus mucociliary transport velocity (MCT) was measured with activated carbon powder, and the measured data were separately processed for statistical analysis. Results: The results of MCT in untreated mucosa group, partial resection mucosa group and complete resection mucosa group were respectively 4.49 ± 1.02, 1.3892 ± 0.92 5 and 0.80 9 ± 0.14 7, 3 groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (4.006 ± 1.04 2) and the open ostium group (3.995 ± 1.017) (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Detection of maxillary sinus mucosa MCT by activated carbon is an effective method to determine the ciliary motor function. Although the excised maxillary sinus mucosa regenerates after operation, the regenerated mucosal ciliary function is lower than normal. Sinus opener and sinus ostium had no significant effect on postoperative ciliary motor function
