手术是颈髓损伤早期的主要治疗方法之一。报告自１９９５年１月至１９９６年１２月手术治疗颈髓损伤病人４８例，并发呼吸衰竭８例。通过对４８例病人的护理，认为做好术后局部切口的观察和保持颈椎稳定以及有效地进行呼吸道的管理，是预防急性呼吸衰竭的重要措施，有利于提高手术治愈率。
Surgery is one of the main treatment of cervical spinal cord injury early. Report from January 1995 to December 1996 surgical treatment of 48 patients with cervical cord injury, respiratory failure in 8 cases. Through the care of 48 patients, it is considered that it is an important measure to prevent acute respiratory failure and to improve the rate of surgical cure if it is to observe the local postoperative incision and maintain the stability of the cervical spine and to effectively manage the respiratory tract.
