高岭土经过热和酸碱处理后,形成中大孔结构,并具有一定的酸性中心,具有很好的重油转化能力和裂化产物选择性。以高岭土为基质原位晶化法制备的催化复合材料在活性、孔结构、晶粒大小、重油选择性等方面均具有独特的优势,尤其是有助于重油分子在其上的扩散,在加氢裂化催化剂中发挥了重要作用。主要介绍了原位晶化材料的发展现状以及在加氢裂化催化剂中的应用,有助于更好地理解高岭土原位晶化催化剂在加氢裂化中所起作用。

The present situation of in-situ crystallization materials and its application in hydrocracking catalysts are mainly introduced, which helps to better understand the role of kaolin in-situ crystallization catalysts in hydrocracking.
