本文对辣椒果实中辣椒素含量进行了定量分析;研究了辣椒素含量与果实重量的相关性;以及辣椒素含量的配合力和遗传力。试验结果表明:辣椒素含量与果实鲜重呈显著负相关,辣椒素含量性状的遗传力较高,而且又以一般配合力对杂种后代遗传表现的影响占主导地位,因此应用常规育种途径较为有利,并且在早期世代进行单株选择,可以得到较高的选择效果。在应用F_1代杂种优势育种时,可以在很大程度上根据亲本系统的一般配合力效应值作为选配亲本的重要依据。
In this paper, the content of capsaicin in pepper fruit was quantitatively analyzed. The correlation between the content of capsaicin and fruit weight, the combining ability and heritability of capsaicin content were also studied. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the content of capsaicin and the fresh weight of the fruit, the higher heritability of the capsaicin content traits, and the dominant influence of the general combining ability on the genetic performance of the hybrid offspring. Therefore, it is more advantageous to use conventional breeding methods , And in the early generations of single plant selection, you can get a higher selection effect. In the application of F1 progeny breeding, it can be largely based on the general combining ability effect value of the parental system as an important basis for matching parents.
