满族作为我国民族大家庭中的一支古老民族,在中国历史长河中也有着浓厚的一笔。满族舞蹈作为满族历史及文化的载体,也是中华文化的重要组成部分,它需要得到更多的传承与发展。然而在市场环境下,满族舞蹈教育却面临着重视不足、生存艰难、发展受限等现状,如何将满族舞蹈文化推向市场,将文化价值转化为经济价值,给予满族舞蹈文化更多的生存发展空间,值得我们思考。本文就满族舞蹈与人才培养相结合,使满族舞蹈文化得到更好的传承和发展。
As an ancient nation in our national family, Manchu also has a strong hand in the long history of China. Manchu dance, as a carrier of Manchu history and culture, is also an important part of Chinese culture. It needs more inheritance and development. However, in the market environment, Manchu dance education faces the current situation of inadequate attention, difficult life and limited development. How to bring Manchu dance culture to the market, turn cultural value into economic value, and give Manchu dance culture more survival and development? Space, worth our consideration. This article combines Manchu dance and talent training to make Manchu dance culture get better inheritance and development.
