一、概况随着航空工业的迅速发展,喷气发动机轴承工作温度在不断提高,目前喷气发动机主轴后轴承工作温度都在200℃以上,而 ZG Cr15的最高使用温度只有177℃,因此,必须采用耐高温的轴承材料。Cr_4Mo_4V 具有良好的尺寸稳定性、高温硬度、高温接触疲劳性能,最高工作温度可达316℃。几年来,经过多次台架试车、定点试飞与延寿考核,使用情况良好。Cr_4Mo_4V 高温轴承钢的研制成功,解决了我国航空发动机的延寿和新机种研制的急需。
