在器官移植领域中,同种肾脏移植已广泛应用于临床,用以治疗晚期肾功能衰竭的患者。但有关其排斥反应的机理以及如何予防和逆转排斥反应等问题尚未得到满意的解决。为了探讨这些问题,建立同种肾脏移植的动物模型具有重要意义。我们以家兔为实验动物进行了50例同种原位肾移植。现将实验结果报道如下。材料和方法(一)动物来源:以体重1.5~3.0kg 健康杂交家兔,每次选取两只分别作为供,受者。要求供、受者在体重和外型上要相接近。
In the field of organ transplantation, allografts have been widely used clinically to treat patients with advanced renal failure. However, the issues concerning their mechanism of rejection and how to prevent and reverse their rejection have not yet been satisfactorily resolved. In order to explore these issues, it is of great significance to establish an animal model of allograft kidney transplantation. We used rabbits as experimental animals in 50 cases of orthotopic kidney transplantation. The experimental results are reported below. Materials and methods (A) of animal origin: 1.5 to 3.0kg weight healthy hybrid rabbits, each selected two were served as recipients. Requirements for the recipient in weight and appearance to be close.
