目的:探讨妇产科医生的临床思维培养方式及实践效果。方法:选取2014年2~12月在临海市妇幼保健院就职的10位妇产科医生为研究对象,且确保该10位医生之前并未接触过临床思维培养。将其均分成两组,每组5位,分别为对照组和观察组,观察组经过10个月的临床思维培养后与对照组比较,观察临床思维考核成绩。另对两组治疗的病患中各选取20位评价病患满意度。结果:观察组的临床思维考核成绩和病患满意度均高于对照组,两组间数据比较具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极培养妇产科医生的临床思维能力,能够进一步提高其临床教学及实践质量,且建立良好的职业素养及交流能力,为临床工作打好坚实的基础。
Objective: To discuss the way of clinical thinking training and practical effect of obstetrics and gynecologists. Methods: Ten gynecologists and gynecologists employed in Linhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February to December 2014 were selected as the research subjects, and the 10 doctors were selected before clinical thinking training. They were equally divided into two groups of 5, respectively, the control group and the observation group, the observation group after 10 months of clinical thinking training compared with the control group to observe the clinical thinking examination results. The other two groups of patients treated each selected 20 to evaluate patient satisfaction. Results: The scores of clinical thinking examination and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the data of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: To actively develop the clinical thinking ability of obstetrics and gynecology physicians can further improve the quality of clinical teaching and practice, establish good professional accomplishment and communication skills, and lay a solid foundation for clinical work.
