[目的]比较研究高良姜不同提取物对小鼠记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍的影响,进行提取物筛选,并初步探讨其作用机制。[方法]采用小鼠跳台法、Morris水迷宫法考察高良姜不同提取物对记障碍小鼠记忆获得、巩固、再现能力的影响。[结果]高良姜水提取物及乙醇提取物组小鼠跳台实验错误次数(0.40±0.89,1.33±0.82)明显小于模型对照组(2.67±1.21)(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05);Morris水迷宫逃避潜伏期(53.9±31.91,55.50±10.70)s明显短于模型对照组(83.42±11.51)s(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05)。[结论]高良姜水提取物、乙醇提取物对小鼠记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍均有显著改善作用,其作用机制可能与增强中枢胆碱能神经系统、抗脑组织耗氧损伤有关。
[Objective] To comparatively study the effects of different extracts of Alpinia officinarum on memory acquisition, consolidation and reproduction disorders in mice, and to screen the extracts and investigate its mechanism. [Method] The effects of different extracts of Alpinia officinarum on memory acquisition, consolidation and reproduction ability of mice with impaired memory were investigated by mouse jumping method and Morris water maze test. [Results] The number of jumping error tests of Alpinia officinals’ water extract and ethanol extract group was significantly lower than that of the model control group (0.40 ± 0.89, 1.33 ± 0.82) (2.67 ± 1.21, P <0.01, P <0.05) Maze escape latency (53.9 ± 31.91, 55.50 ± 10.70) s was significantly shorter than the model control group (83.42 ± 11.51) s (P <0.01, P <0.05). [Conclusion] Galangal water extract and ethanol extract had significant improvement on memory acquisition, consolidation and reproduction disorder in mice. The mechanism may be related to the enhancement of central cholinergic nervous system and anti-brain tissue oxygen consumption.
