Establishing and perfecting the internal supervision and constraining mechanism of enterprises is an important part of establishing a modern enterprise system. Market economy is a legal system. Only by strengthening supervision can we promote the orderly development of the market economy; only the establishment of a new system in which the ownership, management and supervision of state-owned assets are separated. Only in this way can we establish a modern enterprise system in a healthy and rapid manner.
