采用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(APAGE) 对四川省近50 年来年推广面积666 万hm2 以上的40 个小麦主栽品种进行醇溶蛋白位点特异性检测,分析了不同基因型间醇溶蛋白的遗传差异。结果表明:40 个品种具有38 种醇溶蛋白带型,其中9 个品种具有1BL/1RS易位标记位点GliBll;醇溶蛋白电泳分离出的46 条带中,40 条具有多态性,占848 % 。供试品种间遗传距离(GD)在0 ~067 之间,平均值为033 ,遗传变异较大,特别是早期品种与近20 年育成品种间,以及1BL/1RS易位系品种与非1BL/1RS易位系品种间均具有较大的遗传距离。聚类分析表明:供试品种在遗传距离035 水平上明显聚为4 类,具有相同血缘的品种大多数聚在了同1 类。分析认为,四川小麦品种醇溶蛋白变异丰富,存在广泛的遗传多样性
