我县自1989年开展水土保持重点防治工作以来,按照“以防为主”的方针,加强预防监督,巩固防治成果,三年来重点防治水土流失面积2.6万公顷,其中:坡改梯125.33公顷,营造水保林5226.67公顷,种植经济果木920公顷,封禁管育17506.67公顷,实施农耕措施1100公顷,建水保工程425项,共完成土石方量457.09万立方米,投入治理劳动工日338.57万个。现在,实施重点防治的小流域,已展现出山绿地平水配套,生产逐年发展的喜人景象。三年来,我们在重点防治工作中的体会和做法是:
Since 1989, when carrying out key prevention and control work on soil and water conservation, the county has stepped up its prevention and supervision in accordance with the principle of “prevention first”, and has made 26,000 hectares of water and soil erosion areas under special control in the past three years, of which 125.33 hectares are for slope- 5226.67 hectares of water conservancy and forestry were planted, 920 hectares of economic fruit trees were planted, 17,506.67 hectares were banned and managed, 1,100 hectares of farming measures were implemented and 425 water conservancy projects were completed. The total earthwork volume was 4,570,900 cubic meters and 3.3857 million man-days were put into administration. At present, the implementation of the key prevention and control of small watersheds has demonstrated the gratifying picture of the mountainous green water facilities and the yearly development of production.
