本文利用时域有限差分法分析了微带线和微带不连续结构。采用电流馈电模型激励问题空间 ,与电压馈电模型相比 ,它简化了馈电模型算法 ,提高了计算精度。考虑到辐射损耗 ,借助Fourier变换和电报方程 ,从时域响应中提取微带线的传播常数和特性阻抗。把微带不连续结构看作二端口有耗网络 ,从时域模拟中提取网络的 S参数 ,并给出损耗率以刻画网络的辐射损耗。
In this paper, we analyze the microstrip line and the microstrip discontinuous structure using the finite-difference time-domain method. Using the current feed model to stimulate the problem space, compared with the voltage feed model, it simplifies the feed model algorithm and improves the calculation accuracy. Considering the radiation loss, the propagation constant and the characteristic impedance of the microstrip line are extracted from the time-domain response by means of the Fourier transform and the telegraph equation. The microstrip discontinuous structure is considered as a two-port lossy network, the S-parameters of the network are extracted from the time-domain simulation, and the loss rate is given to characterize the radiation loss of the network.
