原发性肝癌(简称肝癌)碘油药物乳剂栓塞化疗(Lp-THAE)术后破裂外出血是少见而严重的并发症。本科从1988年7月至1993年7月五年共行Lp-THAE 775例,术后发生肝癌破裂外出血二例,经急诊肝动脉造影及栓塞治疗止血,生存期为11个月、12个月。现报告如下
Primary hemorrhage (Lp-THAE) after primary hepatocellular carcinoma (Lp-THAE) is a rare but serious complication. Undergraduate from July 1988 to July 1993, 775 cases of Lp-THAE were performed in the five years. Two cases of extrahepatic rupture of liver cancer occurred after operation.
