中国当代建筑经济及建筑企业发展的趋势

在社会经济稳健发展的背景下,我国建筑企业也获得了较为快速的发展。从中国当代建筑经济角度来看,主要包括了公有制建筑经济和私营建筑经济两种模式,且现状下这两种经济模式均存在一定程度的问题。本文结合青海地区建筑业发展情况,分析了中国当代建筑经济发展现状及趋势,希望以此为我国建筑企业的发展提供有效凭据。

In the context of the steady development of social economy, China’s construction enterprises have also achieved relatively rapid development. From the angle of China’s contemporary construction economy, it mainly includes two modes: public-owned construction economy and private construction economy. Both of these two economic models have some problems in the current situation. Based on the development of construction industry in Qinghai, this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of China’s contemporary construction economy and hopes to provide effective evidence for the development of China’s construction industry.
