日前,河南省财政厅召开了全省“财政精神”提炼活动座谈会,党的十五大至十八大代表、全国人大代表、著名作家凌解放先生(笔名二月河)作为此次活动的特邀专家接受了本刊记者的专访,从历史的、政治的、经济的、文化的角度深入浅出、生动阐释了自己心中的“财政精神”。二月河以描述清代皇帝康熙、雍正、乾隆的三部长篇历史小说名闻海内外,其中,上世纪90年代初创作的《雍正皇帝》3卷共140余万字系列小说至今已印行十万余册,香港、台湾也竞相出版发行。根据此书改编的电视剧
